I will guide you to feel more at ease with your practice while creating the yoga that feels good for you! I teach mainly Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.
A private class will give you the following benefits:
- This is your class, designed for your own body and need. We can set the focus and work together to accommodate any injuries or limitations you may have.
- Advance your practice, the private class involves modification and adjustments you can do in order to perform the postures in a safe way and to advance your practice. It is the opportunity to create a daily, customized yoga routine that is achievable.
- The practice can focus on a specific type of yoga or a mix, while incorporating meditation and relaxation.
- Private classes can be given to any type of practitioners, either beginners to form a solid foundation or advanced students that needs to take their practice to a second level.
And always thankful for our dear students, whom are great teachers as well.

Private classes are given in the comfort of your home or online-live, both can be organized in advance and we work according to your own schedule.
How much:
All classes are 90 minutes, for 1-3 people.
